Glook ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the third parties involved, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: email, name, profile and authentication identifiers.
- Style preferences, wardrobe items and favourites.
- Uploaded photos and generated images/videos.
- Chat prompts, search queries and AI responses.
- Location, only when permitted, for weather-aware features.
- Device type, OS version, app version and technical error logs.
- Subscription product, receipt and entitlement status. Apple processes payment-card information.
- Push-notification token and notification preferences, when enabled.

3. Camera & Photo Library Access
Glook accesses the camera or photo library only when you choose to capture, upload or save an image. Selected images may be uploaded to our service providers to create avatars, virtual try-ons, variations or videos. We retain uploaded and generated content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain the user's account, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Users may delete their account through Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following providers to operate Glook:
- Supabase: authentication, database, file storage and backend functions.
- Google Gemini: stylist chat, image analysis, avatar creation, virtual try-on and image generation.
- Google Veo: optional AI-video generation.
- Google and Apple: supported account sign-in.
- Apple App Store: subscription purchases, receipts, renewals and refunds.
- Google Custom Search, SerpAPI and Brave Search: fashion-product discovery.
- WeatherAPI: weather forecasts and location-based weather information.
- Apple Push Notification Service: optional notifications.
5. Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for as long as necessary to provide Glook, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or records required by law.
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable copy where applicable. Profile information and preferences can be updated in the app. Accounts can be deleted through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. For other requests, contact privacy@glook.store.
7. Children's Privacy
Glook is not intended for users under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has provided data, we delete it promptly. Please let us know immediately if you believe we collected such information.
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We never sell or rent your personal data. Disclosure happens only when:
- Required by law or legal process.
- Needed to protect our rights, safety, or users.
- Necessary as part of a business transfer, with prior notice.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including by the service providers listed above. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps intended to protect it consistent with this policy.
10. No Tracking or Ad Targeting
Glook does not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking and does not sell personal information. We may process technical, usage and transaction information when necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.
11. Policy Changes
- We provide in-app notifications for meaningful updates.
- The "Last updated" date reflects current policy state.
- Significant changes will request your explicit consent.
